Terms of Service

These terms cover a reservation for the InvisiCare Starter Bundle. The seller is NexDoc AI Inc., a Delaware corporation, 1007 N Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. Product questions go to [email protected]. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].

The price

The total price of the Starter Bundle is $300. The $30 reservation deposit is part of that $300. It is not an extra charge. The remaining $270 is billed before shipping. The bundle includes the under-mattress sensor, the Smart Hub, and one year of the premium subscription. After that year the service is $10 a month.

The deposit

The $30 deposit is refundable until shipping is confirmed. If you cancel before we confirm shipping, we refund the $30. Once shipping is confirmed, the deposit is not refundable. Confirming shipping means we have accepted the order for shipment and told you that shipment is confirmed.

Where it ships

Shipping starts in January 2028. Reservations are available only in the United States, Singapore, and India. If you are somewhere else, you can join the waitlist.

Early places

The launch price and the included first year are limited to 300 early-adopter reservations.

Payment

The deposit is paid on Stripe, which collects your name and email. Reservations are for the United States, Singapore, and India.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Legal actions under these terms are brought in the state or federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware.

NexDoc AI Inc. also operates other software services under separate terms at nexdoc.ai/terms. Those terms do not govern an InvisiCare reservation. This page does.
